Join us this fall every 2nd Tuesday for Cooking with Executive Sous Chef Shelley Pulcini-Corso from Red Mountain Spa. Chef Shelley focuses on taking classic recipes and making healthier and very flavorful renditions. She also specializes in baking and pastry in the traditional sense as well as the more health conscious approach.
